Does jogging cause the loss of brain cells?
I ask this because I do not understand joggers. What is the desire to go out and run in any kind of weather? I used to jog a bit when I was younger and heard all about the runners high you can get. I never did. I guess I gave up on it too soon. Still, winter does not seem the ideal time to be out running. We had a bad ice storm Tuesday which turned into snow by Wednesday morning. I had to go out in the morning for an errand and sure enough I saw a jogger out. The sidewalks were not even plowed yet and this woman was trying to run, but with all the snow and ice it was more like jog two steps, walk three, jog two, etc. Wouldn't a sane person look outside and decide that it was not the best day to take their morning run? Dedication is one thing and stupidity is another...
